Directions

  1. Cleanse the area using a perineal wash bottle or mild soap and warm water.
  2. Pump foam onto a new pad (ideally used with Herbal Infused Postpartum Pads by Bare Mum) after each bathroom trip, or apply directly to the perineum area with a clean tissue. No need to rinse.
  3. Repeat as required throughout the day. Keep in the fridge for additional cooling relief.
